Weddings

Wedding Prices:

We have photographed formal weddings held in a church, and casual weddings held on a mountainside or in a person's home.  Since every bride and groom are unique, we do offer Ala-Carte services/pricing as well as wedding packages.  We offer loose 4x6 or larger prints that you can place in your own wedding album or scrapbook, or we can place them in a wedding album for you.  We can also design  professionally bound press-printed wedding albums from small 4x6 coffee table books  up to 11x14 albums.  You can choose from hard, soft, leatherette, genuine leather, acrylic, metallic, or satin covers.  Also, you have your choice of glossy, linen, or water-color press paper.  You are unique, and so should your photographic wedding album.

BRONZE PACKAGE - $1000:  Up to 5 hours of shooting (with an assistant) still digital photographs with minor editing of photos.  The assistant may act as an additional photographer during parts of the wedding ceremony and reception.  Three 8”x10” prints and a "Pearl"  hard-cover 12x12 press bound photo album containing 20 pages (40 sides) of photos are included.  If you prefer, $200 can be applied to the cost of an upgraded album you may select.

SILVER PACKAGE - $1500:  Includes items in Bronze Package, plus 2 extra hours of shooting, and presentation of most all the photos taken in a slideshow format with background music and random transitions on a DVD.  

GOLD PACKAGE - $2000:  Includes items in Silver Package plus a 30-32 minute digital video showing highlights of the wedding and reception presented on a DVD with background music.

PLATINUM PACKAGE - $3000:  Includes items in Gold Package plus DVD containing all edited photos.

All prices indicated are within a 50 mile radius of Greeley.  Mileage fees outside of this area will be assessed based on the current IRS mileage reimbursement rates.

BACKGROUND MUSIC:  To avoid legal issues, royalty free music will be included on the finished DVD.  The following genres of music are available: corporate, cinematic, rock, comedy, funky percussive, jazz, Christmas, hip-hop, dance, pop, country, EZ listening, new age, and wedding.  You may select your favorite songs by visiting http://www.davenportmusic.com/royaltyfreecdsets.html.  Select any of the songs from the 23 disk set.  Please email me the selections you would want placed in your slide show/movie.  Each slide in your show should last 5-7 seconds so determine how many songs you would need (i.e., 100 slides x 7 seconds = 700 seconds or about 12 minutes worth of songs).

ALA CARTE:

Each hour of photography with assistant: $150.00

Each hour of photography with 2 photographers:  $200.00

Photo sleeve album containing 80 4"x6" photos:  $150.00

Slide show containing most of the photos with background music and random transitions on a DVD: $400 for 1st one,
           and $100 for each copy

DVD containing non-edited photos: $2/photo

DVD containing edited photos: $4/photo

PEARL ALBUMS

These albums come in a variety of styles and sizes.  Captions/titles, various backgrounds and 1-16 photos can be printed on each side of the glossy paper. A picture and caption can appear on the front cover only.  Up to 100 pages can be included in each album.  Extra duplicate albums of the same size or compatible size conversions are 1/2 price if ordered before printing occurs.
                                                                                           

RUBY ALBUM PACKAGE

Up to a 50 page (100 sides) 11x11 spiral bound proof album containing 9 images/page side is included.   An 8-16 page album containing your favorite photos is also included.  Each page may include 1-15 photos printed on glossy, linen, or pearl paper.   If needed, the photos are color corrected by the laboratory.   Extra duplicate albums of the same size are 1/2 price if ordered before printing occurs. 

EMERALD ALBUMS

These albums are flush-mounted albums with thick lay-flat pages and no middle gutters.  These albums are available in fixed lengths of 10, 20, or 30 pages.  The art watercolor or linen paper is adhered to heavy black cardstock, and the covers are wrapped around masonite to provide a thick and rigid look and feel.  Extra duplicate albums of the same size are 1/2 price if ordered before printing occurs.

DIAMOND ALBUMS

These Italian made albums contain photographic or textured paper with a metal, transparent, silk, or leatherette cover, and contain no middle gutters. You may upgrade to a genuine leather cover for an additional fee.
